What this is actually about is some new music so come get some!
I Googled "devil spire" and that was one of the results so let's just imagine that he's dysphoric (whatever that means).

Wait...that's not right.
Oh yeah, Black Crown Initiate and Anaal Nathrakh are both streaming their new albums in full right now through Metal Hammer and Revolver respectively. I've yet to listen to the Anaal Nathrakh one but honestly they haven't failed me yet so I'm fairly confident that's going to rock your world but I have listened to BCI's album quite a few times and it's a really great follow up to the fantastic EP Song of the Crippled Bull. Both streams below... Not a review or anything, just letting you know that Hail the Sun, a great post-hardcore/prog/math rock band, released a new album called Wake yesterday. I've written about them before and I've been pretty excited for this so here it is: If you like Fall of Troy, Dance Gavin Dance or A Lot Like Birds I'd check them out as well as their labelmates Sianvar and Stolas. Their back catalog is available on Bandcamp as well, Elephantitis is highly recommended.
Enjoy it, I'll possibly review it but if not I think you should all be capable of making up your own minds about it. I believe in you! Jón Þór This handsome young man on that vintage (or just badly maintained) motorcycle is called Thomas Giles Rogers, you may know him from his techno project Giles, his defunct metalcore band Prayer For Cleansing or his little known, barely worth mentioning, band Between the Buried and Me. He released a solo album called Pulse a couple of years back and now we're getting to hear the first taste of new solo music...
I've written about them before and I'll write about them again. Verse Vica, a new progressive metal band from the US of A, released a song from their upcoming debut album and I wanted to share it with all of you.
Pianos Become The Teeth released a new song almost a week ago.
